  • We have a low-cost, flexible annual support agreement, which costs $50 per month and provides up to eight hours of technical support the first year and five hours of technical support per year thereafter. If you need additional technical support, you can simply renew the support agreement a little early, and each support agreement renewal includes a free update to the latest version of our software.  Or we can tailor an annual support contract to your company's needs. The annual support agreement is required the first year and is optional thereafter, so if you don't need the annual software update and your support needs after the first year are minimal, you are not required to renew the annual support agreement after the first year.
